Once you’ve applied for a role, we will review your application and try our best to respond within two weeks of the closing date. Sometimes this can take longer depending on how many applications we’ve received so bear with us.
If your application is shortlisted, you’ll be invited to attend an interview, usually with the manager of the team you’re applying to join.
The interview process will depend on the type of role you’ve applied for and we use a variety of tools to help us find the right person for the job. You're likely to be asked to complete a test, a group or individual exercise or prepare and deliver a presentation but don’t panic, we’ll give you plenty of notice of what to expect.
If you impressed us in your first interview, you may be invited to attend a second interview, typically with a senior manager.
If you're lucky enough to get the job, we'll make sure you recieve the best welcome possible and line up all the training you'll need to get off to a great start in your career at Global.
